PRICING

Estimates:
Some estimates can be provided over the phone. However, if in-person assessment is required, such as taking measurements, we will schedule a visit to your property.

Materials:
Clients/homeowners are responsible for covering the cost of materials. If additional materials are needed to complete your project, outside of the original scope, a store run will incur an additional charge at our standard hourly rate.

Consultations & Deposits:

  • In-person consultations require a $50 non-refundable fee, payable via email invoice.
  • A 50% booking deposit is required to secure your project date. This deposit will be allocated toward material costs and the remaining balance.

Payment:

  • Deposits and final payments can be made via Zelle.
  • If an emailed invoice is required, payments must be completed through the invoice and will include a 6% processing fee.
  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, ACH (Automatic Check Transfer), or cash.
  • FULL PAYMENT is due upon project completion, with no exceptions. Failure to pay may result in the immediate removal/dismantling of materials provided, along with a claim filed with the Attorney General and further legal action.
  • Refunds are granted solely at Carter Creations’ discretion.

Requirements:
We require suitable working conditions, including adequate lighting, ventilation, and air conditioning set to approximately 72°F. The workspace should be decluttered prior to our arrival. While we will clean our workspace, we are not responsible for thorough removal of excessive sawdust.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations are free if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • For cancellations within 24 hours or if the client is not present upon our arrival, a $250 minimum service fee will apply.

SERVICE AREAS:
We proudly serve all of Fulton County and surrounding areas and are willing to travel anywhere within Georgia.

SCHEDULING YOUR VISIT & HOURS OF OPERATION:

  • Most projects require more than one visit, typically completed over weekends. If additional time is needed, we will coordinate multiple appointments with you.
  • Full payment is due at the end of the project.
  • An adult must be present when we arrive and generally during the time we are working.
  • Working hours are 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
  • While we do not offer emergency services, we strive to accommodate urgent repair needs.

OUR PROFESSIONAL CODE OF CONDUCT:

  • Maintain professionalism at all times—no loud music or excessive phone use.
  • Carry cleaning supplies, remove debris, and leave the workspace tidy.
  • Use tarps to prevent the spread of dust and debris.
  • Wear shoe guards indoors to protect floors.
  • Confirm client satisfaction before leaving the premises.
